(似た現象に陥っており質問をする場合も含みます)

Windows　Media Playerで音楽を聞こうとすると
サウンド デバイスに問題があるため、ファイルを再生できません。
サウンド デバイスがお使いのコンピュータにインストールされていないか、
別のプログラムが使用中か、または正常に機能していない可能性があります。


と言ったようなメッセージが出てきました。
原因は容量不足でファイルを消したことだと思います。


上記のサウンドドライバ

のページには行き、インストールしてみましたが、
「オペレーティングシステムパラメータが無効であるか、
このオペレーティングシステムはサポートされていません」

と言った表示が出ます。
何回か再起動して試してみたのですが、
同じような文面が繰り返し表示されました。

上の人と同じように、コントロールパネルの「サウンド、音声、およびオーディオデバイス」の
「サウンドとオーディオデバイスのプロパティ」を開き「オーディオ」と書かれた
タブのところの「既定の再生デバイス」には「再生デバイスなし」とかかれていま
す。「音量」のタブのところには「オーディオデバイスなし」と表示されています。

使用していたオーディオデバイスは『Default DirectSound Device』です。


どなたか原因・解決策等分かりましたら、教えてください。よろしくお願いします。

あなたの場合、機種が違うのでインストールできないのは当然です。
あなたのPCは　「C26WD/F」で間違いありませんね？

どこに表示していたものでしょうか？
正常に音がでるなら、違うと思いますよ。

過去ログは別の機種L20Cですから、その機種用のドライバが紹介されています。
C26WD/Fでは動きません。
